Due to the customization nature of our food, preparation of your order often begins immediately after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed and accepted by the restaurant.
Orders will not be able to be refunded due to orders placed at the wrong location. If there are any changes to the order, please text/drop a voicemail at the store location, and we will try our best to accommodate.
Advanced orders >2 hours may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time. Please text/leave a voicemail at our store location to request an order cancellation.
